Kickoff Rally for the Travis County Democratic Party's 2006 Coordinated Campaign - True Blue Travis!!
Plaza Saltillo -- East 5th and Comal Streets.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m

We are going to showcase all Travis County has to offer in the heart of East Austin! We have some exciting entertainment on the schedule- a Tejano band and local choirs. Mark your calendars and plan on being out to meet with activists, voters and candidates to kick off the voting season!

The Travis County GOP is holding their campaign kickoff later in the day AND they are charging folks $5.00 to get into their event.  They are calling their kickoff the "No Blue Dot Campaign."  They are also claiming that they will kick the liberals out of downtown.  Come on out and let's show the few Republicans in Travis County how strong a Party we are!
