After a short illness, Dr. Mae Harris Marion departed to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 17, 2008. Dr. Marion was the first child born to Arthur and Luella Bailey Harris in Austin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Joan Taylor. She leaves to cherish her memories: granddaughters, Sharalyn Taylor- Hargrove, Candice Taylor-Mensah and husband Bruce Blackwell, Tiffany Taylor; great-grandchildren, Troy Hargrove, Christopher Mensah, Angelica Hargrove, Nicole Taylor, Trenton Taylor, Vincent Reyes; and numerous relatives and friends.
